The North Texas Chapter of CoreNET Global awarded Texas PACE Authority the 2018 Sustainability Leadership award highlighting the progress and direction that has enabled projects like the Butler Brothers Building.

The CoreNet Black White & Blue Awards of Excellence Gala was held at the Frontiers of Flight Museum Thursday evening and serves as an opportunity ​to recognize and celebrate the outstanding companies and people in the North Texas commercial real estate community.

Texas PACE Authority thanks the City of Dallas for establishing a PACE program, Alterra International for utilizing the program to renew a historic property and revitalize the neighborhood, and CleanFund Commercial PACE Capital for funding the project.
