As part of its 2017 People & Nature Speaker Series, HARC will host Governor Bill Ritter, Jr., 41st Governor of Colorado and the founder of the Center for the New Energy Economy at Colorado State University, on Tuesday, October 24 from 6:00-8:30 p.m. at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston – Brown Auditorium. The event will feature a lecture delivered by Governor Ritter, followed by a reception and book signing. Governor Ritter will discuss his book, Powering Forward – What Everyone Should Know About America’s Energy Revolution, examining the future of fossil fuels and renewable energy.
