Forty business, local government, and non profit representatives attended a breakfast seminar at the Fort Bend Country Club on July 24 to learn more about the Texas PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy) program, which is available in Fort Bend County.  Interactive discussions were led by a panel of Texas PACE experts from Stellar International Commercial Real Estate, PACE Building Efficiency, Petros PACE Finance, and Texas PACE Authority, and focused on how using the funding mechanism can improve properties and budgets. PACE financing can be used for energy and water efficiency improvements and resiliency upgrades in 18 jurisdictions across the state of Texas, covering 40% of the state’s population.

Texas PACE Authority thanks Central Fort Bend Chamber, City of Richmond, Fort Bend County, Richmond Development Corporation, and  Rosenberg Development Chamber for sponsoring an outstanding event. Founded in 2015, TPA is the market-leading administrator for PACE programs in Texas.  More information can be found on our website.  To subscribe to our newsletter, click here.
