Texas PACE Authority Service Provider Training

The PACE Service Provider Training workshop is targeted toward engineers and contractors in the energy/water efficiency and clean energy space. The training is open anyone interested in developing the technical and financial know-how to complete a PACE project in Texas and how PACE financing benefits businesses and property owners.  10:30 AM to 4:00 PM (CDT) at the Transwestern Dallas Conference Room – 5001 Spring Valley Road, Dallas, TX.  Registration link

Dallas 2030 District PACE 2.0 Luncheon

Join the Dallas 2030 District to learn more about the insider details of the new financing tool, as far as the mechanics of the application process and the specifics of PACE Commercial Real Estate.

The session will be broken into a panel discussion with an introduction, first, from a dignitary from the City of Dallas. Then, Jonathon Blackburn, Managing Director for the Texas Pace Authority will review PACE financing for commercial building owners and tenants, followed by a detailed discussion of the tax liabilities and real estate law perspective from Ted Benn, Thompson and Knight. Last, Genevieve Rose Sherman, Managing Director, PACE Financial Services, will review the details of the Dallas PACE program from a lender perspective and open the discussion up for questions.
