D CEO’s 2018 Commercial Real Estate Awards named the TX-PACE Butler Brothers Project as the 2018 Best Public-Private Partnership at an awards ceremony on Wednesday evening.
Coined as the ‘Best of the Best’, the awards ceremony recognized nearly 70 real estate leaders, highlighting the year’s top commercial real estate deals, projects, and individuals in Dallas.
Texas PACE Authority thanks the City of Dallas for establishing the Dallas PACE program and Alterra International for demonstrating the benefits of the program.
D CEO’s magazine recognized the project explaining, “The unique partnership involving the city and state was the first PACE loan in Dallas and the largest in Texas. The end result: an energy-efficient mixed-use project with 238 apartments and a 270-room dual-branded hotel just steps away from City Hall.”
