To my contractor colleagues: It is well worth your time to take the PACE contractors' training.  PACE has a wealth of useful tools to quantify project savings.  PACE is a wonderful way to help your clients fund their projects and be net positive on the payments for the work year 1!  There is no other program that I know of that absolutely guarantees the year 1 ROI.  PACE is the way to go to fund energy savings projects resulting from efficient equipment replacement.  No need to be out of pocket when you construct a job, let the job pay for itself.Dr. Valerie A. About TX-PACE

The Texas Property Assessed Clean Energy (TX-PACE) program enables owners of eligible commercial, industrial, nonprofit, agricultural and multifamily properties to retrofit their facilities with more efficient technologies that will reduce energy and/or water usage. This program enables up to 100% low-cost, long-term financing for energy efficiency, water conservation and distributed generation improvements. To date, PACE projects total almost $400 million in investment and the explosion of new PACE projects means that the need for trained Service Providers is increasing throughout Texas.
